Carrie, better known as “CARIANGEL”, is a Master practitioner in Permanent-Make-Up and Medical Micropigmentation. She specializes in areola tattooing, eyebrow tattooing, microblading, eyeliner tattooing, and lip blush tattooing. She is equipped with the most advanced technology in the industry, and her work embodies her philosophy as an educator, incorporating all the latest techniques in permanent makeup applications.

Cariangel  began her career in 1990 through making body art and by 2005 incorporated permanent make-up and areola tattooing into her repertoire. In 2011, she became a semi-retired tattoo artist and opened up Cariangel’s Cosmetic and Medical Spa where she now offers all of her services under one roof. In 2013, she won the mayoral award WOMAN OF DISTINCTION for the breast cancer work she does and in 2015 , she won BEST OF WESTCHESTER for eyebrow tattooing, a category that has yet to be won by any other practitioner. She has also been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines.

Cariangel is best known for creating soft, subtle, and beautiful eyebrows using contemporary techniques in hair simulation. This gives the eyebrows movement, depth, and dimension. She has also taken a special interest in breast cancer survivors, providing an outlet for those who have suffered the pain and emotional trauma of mastectomy. She uses her expertise to provide 3D nipple and areola tattooing as a final step in breast reconstruction. Having worked with over a dozen doctors in the tri-state area, Cariangel is able to assess and determine which technique is best suited for each client’s need. This allows her to achieve the best results safely and with the least amount of trauma to ensure a shorter healing time.
